 Refund & Returns Policy  

Thank you for shopping with Holt Hearing and Balance Services. 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please call us or follow the guidelines on this page.  
Please note you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Any shipping paid will not be refunded on items sent back to us. 


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased this. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened (hearing aid consumables). 
• All items must be in the same condition that you received them in. 
• Any hearing aid accessories must have all wires and packaging as sent to you. 
• Your item must be in the original packaging. 
• Your item needs to have a proof of purchase enclosed. 


Once we have received your item, we shall inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. 
If your return is approved, we shall initiate a refund to your debit card (or original method of payment). 
You should receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
